Reason for Leaving: I left vanquished temporally to help my friend irl with his guild BA but now they are falling apart as a guild. I was going to go back to vanquished but than I talked with Krillan and he said they merged with this guild.
Raid Attendance with previous guilds: I would make the guild raids every week except I believe once for a family emergency.

Previous PVE experience: I have tanked everything from Malygos up to Valithria. Although my guild icc group at the moment is unsuccessful at downing the blood wing and frost wing, we still give attempts at them and I read up and know about all the fights.

Why do you want to join Mimnoks? I feel as though I am getting rather bored with downing the same 7 bosses every week in 10 icc and for 25 icc we are only able to complete the first wing. Also joining Basement Athletes was really a temporary fit for me and was planning to go back to vanquished. Although the two merged and I have heard many great things about this guild and I would really love to be a part of that environment and would be delighted to join.

If you are DPS, how much DPS do you pull in a raid setting: I do have a fury offspec that consists of mostly 245 and 251 gear with a few low gearscore items but my dps is not that great for none of it is socketed and enchanted because I usually don't use it. So I usually only do around 4-4.5k in 25 man icc

[yes ] I understand that many current members of Mimnoks Shadow have put in ample time and effort towards guild progression and that these established members will have priority over myself on raids until such time as I have become an established member of the guild myself. I realize this may be quite a long time. Knowing this I still choose to progress forward with my application.

Alright, here is the situation:
We try to run 4ICC 10s as a guild every week. We have one main ICC25 group, and combined with those that sit out from our normal ICC25, we'd like to get an alt ICC25 going of mostly guildees. Two of those four ICC10s have set-in-place tanks, and the third one currently has a fairly solid tank situation [Krillan's group.] We just recruited one tank for the fourth ICC10, and Alastrian one of our MTs, tanks it on his warriors when he doesn't get saved lol. We currently have four MTs: Tippie, Alastrian, Coolmann, and myself [Ryland]. On top of that, we have like 4-5 people with tank offsets or tank alts that are all for the most part 5.4kGS or higher.

tl;dr: We are filled for tanks on ICC25 and already have tanks with 5.6kGS+ sitting on bench. For you to get into ICC25 with the guild, you'd have to work on both your tanking set via ICC10, and gem/enchant/and work on that DPS set. We always bring in DPS, but for the most part, our tanks and healers are permanent outside of a few no shows every now and then. You could probably get into a regular ICC10 group that clears up to professor, and if the group starts to get more of the same people every week, should be able to progress even further very easily. It has the DPS, and at least one/two of the healers. Needs a solid MT though. The OT is just now getting into ICC10, and just learning the fights.

Gear could use a little work, and as stated we have a lot of tanks, however, we have ZERO warrior tanks. 

I Think we could make something work for the 10 mans, but you would most likely see bench time for 25's.  If you are patient and willing to test that patience i'll approve for a trial.

Your spec is pretty bad. You should never use rend in your rotation so no point speccing into it. I know you aren't rage starved while tanking so Anger Management is horrible. No points in Improve Revenge which is one of the 3 threat abilities. You have points in Improve Spell Reflect which was cool when it first came out and really only useful in pvp. No points in Gag Order even though you can't silence a boss it gives you 10% dmg to Shield Slam which is your main threat ability. Your Fury spec isn't as bad but could move some points around and you probably don't do alot of dps since you dont have glyphs for it. No cloak enchant and your under hit/exp cap. Hit can be a little hard to hit with what you have but expertise you can put a 20 exp gem and should hit it.

Other than that...

Pretty good tank set considering you hit 80 less than a month ago and hardly did any heroics since you don't have rep with the 4 peoples. Also, you have experience with 2 wings.
